Room Hire

The Bungalow

This building is ideal for group activities and functions.

Facilities include a two toilets (one with disabled access); fully equipped kitchen;  tables and chairs with a seating capacity of 50.

However during Coronavirus Restrictions capacity is now limited to 30 participants maximum.

Training organisations are also catered for as the venue has a flat screen TV, white board,  projector and large screen.

 

Private Meeting Rooms

Ideal for a professional practitioner e.g. lawyer, accountant, counsellor, job service agencies etc.
Each room is equipped with a desk as well as comfortable seating.  The rooms are positioned to ensure privacy located away from the hustle and bustle of reception area.

Various capacities from 3 to 5 participants during Coronavirus Restrictions.

 

Conference Room

This room is in the main house and can comfortably seat up to 40 people.   The room has a flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities.  The room is ideal for meetings, workshops and training sessions.

However, during Coronavirus Restrictions capacity for this room is now 16 participants maximum.

 

Board Room

This room seats up to 20 people, has a flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities.  The room is deal for small meetings, workshops and training sessions.

However, during Coronavirus Restrictions capacity for this room is now 7 participants maximum.

Equipment Loan

We have a range of items and equipment that may be borrowed by community members.

  • Child car seats and capsules,
  • Portacots,
  • Crockery, & cutlery
  • Chairs & Trestle Tables
  • Marquees
  • Giant Games
  • Projector & Screen
  • Whiteboard

Borrowers are required to be members of our Association ($5.00 per annum).  A deposit may be required and will be refunded on the return of goods in a clean, working condition.
